Vertical Valve Re-Facer

To compliment the SERDI range of valve seating machines, SERDI (UK) also offer the SERDI VVR 120 Vertical Valve Re-Facer.

This machine has unmatched capability for valve stem diameters from 4 mm to 20 mm; valve head diameters up to 120 mm and seat angles from 12 to 61 degrees. Variable speed valve rotation (85 - 1000rpm) is achieved - by a patented technique - in the vertical axis, via the valve's fire face: this, combined with a variable speed grinding motor (1000 - 3000 rpm), ensures accuracy and perfect surface finish even with modern materials. The ergonomic design and a diagrammatic control board ease the setting-up and operation of this bench-top machine.
