Powered immersion & rollover pressure testing tank

Essential equipment for the serious engine re-manufacturer, the SERDI SPT 1501 provides simple and efficient pressure testing of coolant circuits of both cylinder heads and blocks at pressures up to 5 Bar. Even with the largest items, the process is quickly and safely undertaken using the hydraulic cradle lift, the simple clamping system plus the motorised roll-over fixture.

As the latter rolls the head (or block) through 360 degrees, all surfaces can be viewed for crack-detection. Thermostatic temperature control operates two easily changeable 4500 Watt heater elements whilst there is a safety control for the water level in the stainless steel tank.
